Wedding Photographer: The Cloisters & Villa Silvana, Sorrento: James & Alison

Amy was the Wedding Photographer in Sorrento, at the Cloisters and Villa Silvana, for the wedding of James & Alison.

I thought I’d present my images differently for this beautiful wedding and show you some of James & Alison’s album pages instead of individual images. Alison got ready at Palazzo Marziale which is just a few short steps away from The Cloisters where the ceremony took place. After the ceremony and some photographs around town, it was on to Villa Silvana, an exquisite private villa in the very heart of Sorrento with plush carpets, big mirrors and a beautiful terrace.

Here are just a few of the album pages that I designed for James & Alison:

Wedding Photographer: Palazzo Marziale, Sorrento: Rob & Roz

Amy was the photographer in the Cloisters, Sorrento and at Palazzo Marziale, Sorrento, Italy for Rob & Roz’s wedding.

Back to Sorrento for the wedding of Rob & Roz and the beautiful venue Palazzo Marziale: it’s in a great spot too being so close to the ceremony venue, the Cloisters of San Francesco. Roz started her day with all of the wedding guests on the terrace of Hotel Minerva sipping prosecco with orange juice. The view was wonderful from the terrace, looking out over a hazy Sorrento and the Bay of Naples.

After the ceremony, we had time for photographs around the old streets of Sorrento before surprising the guests to the elegance of Palazzo Marziale and a wonderful evening. Here we go:

Wedding Photographer: Palazzo Marziale, Sorrento: Phil & Claire

Amy was the photographer in the Cloisters, Sorrento and at Palazzo Marziale, Sorrento, Italy for Phil & Claire’s wedding.

Nearing the end of my wedding season, I took my last trip of the year down to Sorrento for the wedding of Phil & Claire. They had chosen Palazzo Marziale for their reception and Claire and her girls also got ready there. A very elegant venue and perfectly placed since it’s just a few steps from the ceremony location, The Cloisters.

A few spots of rain towards the end of the ceremony didn’t dampen spirits and it soon cleared allowing us to go for a wander through the old town for photographs. Aperitivi and a lovely dinner followed with speeches, cake and first dance dotted throughout the courses. Here we go:

Wedding Photographer: Sorrento: Gavin & Annemarie

Amy was the photographer in the Cloisters, Sorrento and at Palazzo Marziale, Sorrento, Italy for Gavin & Annemarie’s wedding.

The day after my wedding in Certaldo, I travelled to beautiful Sorrento for the wedding of Gavin & Annemarie from Swansea. The grey clouds beckoned as I approached and rain was forecast but, as luck would have it, blue sky won over and the weather got better and better as the day progressed.

Annemarie looked absolutely beautiful. Such class and elegance – her wedding ‘look’ was truly wonderful. I’m a real fan of Sorrento’s ‘Cloisters of San Francesco.’ The greenery and arches of the Cloisters make for so many great photo opportunities which I made the most of after the ceremony. Meanwhile, the guests made their way directly across the road to the stunning Palazzo Marziale.

Both Gavin & Annemarie were so relaxed, nothing was too formal and the guests had an absolute ball. Here we go:
