Amy was the wedding photographer at Castello di Petrata near Assisi in Umbria, Italy for Andrew & Natalie’s wedding.
Andrew & Natalie got married high up in the hills behind Assisi at the stunning Castello di Petrata on a beautiful, sunny but rather blustery day. This venue really does have 360 degree views and is a great choice being so close to Perugia airport and therefore to Stansted.
An emotional but relaxing day, Andrew & Natalie’s guests had flown in from far and wide including Natalie’s family and a couple of friends from South Africa. They were treated to the wonderful Marco Marconi playing piano during the ceremony and aperitivi and typical but outstanding Umbrian food.
Take a look:
Assisi is one of my favourite towns. Castello di Petrata sits high in the hills just behind the town:

An incredible bond tied Natalie and her Father – an extra-emotional part of the day:
Sometimes, the simple shots are the best:
Tuck in guys:
I love this shot! The boys had such fun!
How funny! Groups shots don’t have to be so staged-looking do they?
Natalie and her little godson:
Amongst the wonderful lavender. Everywhere smelled gorgeous!
A lovely moment during Dad’s speech:
A best friend from South Africa enjoys the speeches:
Hope you enjoyed your Italian mini-moon folks. The rest of your images will be ready to view in literally just a day or two! I’ll be in touch.
