Amy was the wedding photographer for Tom & Claire’s wedding in Tuscany at Badia a Coltibuono.
The day finally arrived! We travelled into Tuscany for our friends’ Tom & Claire’s wedding. We’ve looked forward to it for a long, long time and what a treat it was. Tom, Claire & little Natasha, fun guests, lovely weather, great food and the best jazz band around (Marco Marconi Trio) made it an unforgettable day for us. We were also there as guests, so we had a slightly different perspective photographing from the ‘inside’ so to speak. It was late into the night when we finally headed home – walking to the car whilst 3 young wild boar trotted through the vines (oops!) along side us.
The Italian way of doing things obviously suits Claire – she was so laid back about getting ready despite not having much time to do it!
Tom, Claire and baby Natasha during the ceremony. Love it :)
Badia a Coltibuono is high in the Tuscan hills with huge views as you may make out in the background. Here Tom & Claire make their way from the church around the path to the gardens for apperitivi.
Enjoying the wonderful food.
One of my favourite ‘created’ shots of the entire year.
Formals can be fun :)
One of a series of images taken when Claire threw her bouquet.
Love the Candelabras.
Dancing to the sound of the Marco Marconi Trio. It was a beautiful room and the band really were amazing to both watch and listen to.
Thank you, thank you folks for being so thoughtful and making it also a day we’ll never forget – loved it from start to finish. Hope you’re not having too many withdrawal symptoms not having truffle daily ;)Google+
