Amy was the wedding photographer at the Town Hall in Siena, Tuscany, Italy for Dave & Jo’s wedding.

Photographing a wedding in Siena Town Hall is always a treat and having met Dave & Jo for lunch in Cortona a few days before their wedding day, I knew that this wedding was going to be great fun – it didn’t disappoint. Autumn days in Italy can be some of the best of the year – crisp, warm enough to be comfortable and that gorgeous orange light that is so complimentary. Dave & Jo have got wonderful families, a great bunch of mates and they know how to party! After Siena Town Hall, an hour or two in the Palio Bar in Siena’s main piazza (Il Campo) was followed by a fab evening in Guido Restaurant. Great atmosphere, an exceptional meal, hilarious speeches, Chinese lanterns (!) and a good old boogie – nuff said!

I struggled to select my favourites! I especially love the detail and product images – many thanks must go to the wonderful Siena wedding planner, Jacqueline Bradshaw from Marry Me In Tuscany who I always look forward to working with.

Look at Dave on the left-hand side of this image – it was his exact view as he saw his gorgeous bride for the first time. I love the way that one of his ushers is looking at his reaction from the other end of the room too.
