Amy was the wedding photographer in Positano, Amalfi Coast, Italy for Dave & Mirella’s wedding.
My final trip of this year’s wedding season down to the Amalfi Coast was for the wedding of Dave & Mirella in the stunning little town of Positano. I’m so lucky to have got to know this gorgeous little town so well over the years but it still never fails to bowl me over as you stand back and see the town literally falling down the cliff and into the sea. I really do love it.
Australian couple Dave & Mirella married at the Town Hall and then we all went for a walk and photo-shoot around the town. We made our way up to the stunning Marincanto Hotel for aperitivi, cake, speeches and a few more group shots before we headed up into the hills to a restaurant called La Tagliata. Here we go, take a look:
Beautiful Positano.
Beautiful Mirella!
Such a simple shot but I love it.
Dave waits at the Town Hall for Mirella to arrive.
What a setting!

Wandering through the narrow Positano streets.
Cute!
One of my favourites.

The Marincanto Hotel. Love it!
Nice back-drop for the cake shot!
Guests enjoying the speeches.
Look at that back-ground – it doesn’t look real!
The whole wedding party.
Couldn’t resist putting up another shot with THAT background!
Up at La Tagliata restaurant, a very special place.
Magical! Thank you so much to Mirella & Dave for being so easy-going and for welcoming me as you did. A fabulous, memorable day. -Amy x
