Amy was the photographer in Certaldo and at Il Rosolaccio, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy for Dan & Jess’s wedding.
Next stop Tuscany and the most beautiful spot half-way between Certaldo & San Gimignano. Il Rosolaccio is a privately-owned villa with incredible views which had been decorated beautifully by the friends and family of Dan & Jess. In fact Jess’s Mum had handmade 140 metres (yes, that’s 140 metres!!) of bunting whilst Dan’s Mum had handmade the blue gingham napkins. I have to say, I have rarely loved a set-up more – it looked fab!
An old Fiat 500 just about got the Bride to the ceremony on time albeit it had to be pushed for the last 100 metres by the ushers! All the guests cheered the boys on and Jess made it. An hour of rain after the ceremony meant that the aperitivi in a local Certaldo bar was mainly inside but it soon cleared up and made for the most gorgeous evening as you’ll see …
Make sure that Certaldo is on your list if you come to Tuscany, it’s a stunning little place.
Il Rosolaccio in full bloom. Such a colourful place.
I love this shot of Dan.
Gorgeous sun-flower bouquet.
Isn’t the blue in Jess’s dress wonderful? So different.
Love this one.
What a moment!! Loved it.
Laughter and tears during the ceremony.
..and the deed is done.
Hooray!
Fab hat!
Dan and the boyz.
Taken during the photo shoot around Certaldo.
The girlz.
Love this shot of one of the ushers.
One of my favourites from the day. How beautiful is Tuscany.
Amongst the grapevines at Il Rosolaccio.
I honestly couldn’t point the camera in the wrong direction.
How awesome is this? Look at all that bunting!
Love this one too.
Jess’s sister Charlie is asked to stand during the speeches as she is told by Jess what a truly awful Bridesmaid she has been in the run-up to the big day. Lol!
Whilst Dan tells his Mum what a great lady she is.
One of my favourite cake shots ever.
Beautiful Tuscan sunset.
Hope you two have a brilliant time at the Monaco Grand Prix – just a bit jealous. You were truly wonderful, as were your friends and family. I hope you love these – there are many, many more to come very soon. – Amy.
