Wedding Photographer: Castello Carovigno & Ostuni, Masseria Il Trappeto: Jeff & Anna

Amy was the wedding photographer at Castello Carvigno and in Ostuni, Puglia, Italy for Jeff & Anna’s wedding.

From the Island of Ischia we travelled to Ostuni via a few days in a fascinating town called Matera.

Jeff & Anna had hired out the classy Masseria Il Trappeto for their ‘wedding week.’ Ostuni is famously known as Italy’s Città Bianca (White City) and with this against the bluest of skies and the bright orange and yellow of Jeff & Anna’s colour scheme, I reckon I’ve got the most colourful set of wedding images ever!

Anna & Jeff had both been attacked by mosquitoes in the days running up to their wedding and Anna, in particular, was literally covered in bites. Make-up did an amazing job and, despite the bites looking angry and painful, Anna didn’t complain once. Truly commendable and it certainly didn’t stop her from looking absolutely gorgeous as you’ll see below.

Fab Louboutins! (Anna had her feet in water for over an hour so that her swollen feet would fit into her shoes.)

Gorgeous or what!

Sadly, Anna’s Dad couldn’t make the wedding due to medical reasons. I truly hope that the images go some way to making up for not being there. Here’s Anna and her brave Mum.

Awesome colours.

Jeff got more and more nervous as the mayor made them all wait for the ceremony to begin.

Ceremony

One of my favourites from the day. Castello Carovigno is a gem of a ceremony venue.

I love this one too!

Time for a photo shoot around the beautiful old town of Ostuni. Here with the cathedral in the background.

And just around the corner from the cathedral, a great view out to sea.

That’s ‘Amore.’

Taken from my place at dinner. Thank you so much for inviting to be such a big part of your day.

Guests

Just before I left, there was time for more Bride & Groom shots around the Villa.

I really hope that these and the rest of your images go some way to filling in your Dad and sister on your beautiful wedding day. Thanks again for making me feel so welcome, for the mention in your speech and for the lovely meal. The rest of your images will be online VERY soon. Amy x
