So, here we are. Another year over, can you believe it!
A very Happy New Year to all of the blog readers and I hope that you’ve all had a fab Christmas. Please keep an eye on here; it looks like 2011 will be an exciting year for me. So many great weddings to come: I have a break now until the end of February when I have a wedding at St Margaret’s Church, next door to Westminster Abbey. I’m also photographing weddings at Lake Como several times as well as Lake Garda, Tuscany, Ravello on the Amalfi Coast and many others dotted around the UK.
A huge thank you to all of my wonderful Brides and Grooms who I have had the pleasure of photographing this year: from Pauline Cummings having me hysterics with her lime green and black stripey socks under her dress, to the fashion shoot that Louise & Gaz allowed me to indulge in in Sorrento and not forgetting the amazing moment when Siena came to a halt as we let off Chinese Lanterns in the piazza at the wedding of Jo & Dave. So, so many other stunning brides, handsome grooms and wonderful moments that I would need days to list.
Well, it’s almost 7pm. We’re invited to a party that starts at 7:30 and I have no idea what I’m wearing! Must dash. All the best for a fun and successful 2011 and may many more special moments be captured for all time.
Here’s a festive snap for you to be going on with – my daughter, Chenin with her very best friend Jasmine:
