Amy was the photographer in the Cloisters, Sorrento and at Palazzo Marziale, Sorrento, Italy for Phil & Claire’s wedding.
Nearing the end of my wedding season, I took my last trip of the year down to Sorrento for the wedding of Phil & Claire. They had chosen Palazzo Marziale for their reception and Claire and her girls also got ready there. A very elegant venue and perfectly placed since it’s just a few steps from the ceremony location, The Cloisters.
A few spots of rain towards the end of the ceremony didn’t dampen spirits and it soon cleared allowing us to go for a wander through the old town for photographs. Aperitivi and a lovely dinner followed with speeches, cake and first dance dotted throughout the courses. Here we go:
Final touches to the make-up.
The flowers arrive!
An emotional Mum.
Handsome Groom Phil waits in the Cloisters for Claire’s arrival.
We did it!
Kiss the bride!
Lovely light in the Cloisters.
A wander around the old streets.
Claire just about keeps up in the Choos!
Time for one of my special group shots in Palazzo Marziale.
One of two Dad’s speeches.
Lovely First Dance shot.
What a day! Thank you so much for having me and for such a wonderful meal! Amy x
Amy was the wedding photographer at Casale de’Pasquinelli, Lucca, Tuscany, Italy for Ben & Jodie’s wedding.
Ben & Jodie sought out a beautiful venue called Casale de’Pasquinelli which is pretty hidden in the hills to the north of Lucca. A perfect September day, the ceremony location was absolutely breath-taking and there were so many beautiful little spots around the Villa for photographs that I was really spoilt for choice.
As the sun went down the scene turned from beautiful to spectacular as guests enjoyed their wedding meal under hundreds of hanging lights. The view from the dance floor wasn’t bad either! Take a look:
Ben just ready.
Yellow theme – loved it.
The hair-dressers take photos of their handy-work.
Ready to go!
How about that for a place to say ‘I do!’
Now then, which scrummy treat to choose?
Aperitivi in full flow.
Really love this one.
Lucca in the distance.
A wander around the grounds.
Ready for more food!
Such a blue sky.
Taken during the Groom’s speech.
Guests look on as the cake is made from scratch in front of them.
Some of the guests got to help out!
Pitch-black now and so impressive.
Wow! Gorgeous couple, gorgeous place, gorgeous day. Thank you! Amy x
Amy was the photographer in the Cloisters and at Villa Ciuffo, Sant’Agata, Sorrento, Italy for Gareth & Tracy’s wedding.
I go to Sorrento and Positano several times each year and always pass by the sign for the little town of Sant’Agata but have never been – until now! What a spot. The views you get as you drive up the steep road towards the town are wonderful as you can see both sides of the peninsula at the same time.
Tracy got ready at Villa Ciuffo, a gorgeous Villa very close to the village centre. We travelled down to the centre of Sorrento where Gareth and the guests were waiting in the Cloisters for the ceremony. The closest hotel to the Cloisters in the Hotel Tramontano. A stunning hotel where guests enjoyed aperitivi in one of the lovely rooms or on the balcony over-looking the Bay of Naples.
We then took the Fun Bus up to the Villa and enjoyed the rest of evening with stunning food and speeches. Take a look:
Love the moment when Dad first sees his daughter dressed a Bride.
Gareth waits at the Cloisters.
And the moment where the Groom first sees his Bride.
‘… kiss your Bride …’
Aperitivi at Hotel Tramontano.
Such a wonderful room.
Something a bit different.
Taken in the foyer of the Hotel Tramontano.

Enjoying some fabulous nosh.
Last shot of the day.
Elegant and fun. Thank you so much for having me. Amy x
Amy was the wedding photographer at Villa Dievole, Tuscany, Italy for Dan & Sam’s wedding.
Situated about 20 minutes north of Siena, Villa Dievole is one of the most beautiful places to spend some time. I was so lucky to be photographing not one but two weddings during this week of September at this stunning spot, the first being the wedding of Dan & Sam. The entire wedding took place at the Villa meaning that the guests could relax as they didn’t have to travel.
The ceremony took place on the lawn, under the trees with the Villa in the background and the most magnificent views over-looking the Tuscan countryside in the foreground. Aperitivi were served just a few steps away whilst the ceremony area was turned into a beautiful setting ready for the evening meal and celebrations. My fabulous friend and wedding planner Jackie just so happened to be a close friend of the Bride & Groom and really surpassed herself for this one! Just wait ’til you see the table plan! Here we go:
Love this idea!
Looking cool Dan.
Gorgeous Bridal bouquet.
Love this one of the girls pawing over the jewels!
That should hold it in place!
Sam’s Mum gives her away to Dan.
Claps and cheers after one of the lovely poems.
A sweet rendition of the Owl and the Pussy cat.
Look at that setting!
Aperitivi in full flow.
One with the Mums.
And one with the girls.
Here it is – the table plan – amazing! Well done Jackie!
The tables didn’t look bad either!
Being announced for dinner as Mr & Mrs.
Beautifully-lit as the sun disappears.
Thank you so much Dan & Sam for being so laid-back and such good fun. What a stunning day hey! Well done to my friend Jackie for organising another perfect wedding. Amy x
